Naked nails

As promised, these are my nails without polish and just the overlays.

Bling Circus Nails, lol.

These were created by my neighbor Jewelie Swartwout.  She calls them circus nails, but I think they are beautiful. 

The polish is the new Brights line by Sinful Colors available at assorted Walgreen's stores.  We went on the search this morning to find them and never have I seen a more spectacular blue. 

She did a lovely job of designing my nails around this color.  I am so happy with it!

I had bought the bling several months ago from China but have never used it until today.  I must also give kudos to Sylvia at Mundos de Unas for the lovely turquoise color.  She makes the best stamping polish ever!

Acrylic overlays

Let me tell you about the overlays that my dear friend Jewelie introduced me to.  They are amazing!!!  It is just a small layer of acrylic on top of your nails that you can totally do by yourself at home with very little filing.

You can add colored tips if you want so it looks as tho you have acrylic nails, or you can just go clear if you paint your nails a lot.  I personally did white glitter tips on my first try out of the gate, and would suggest doing clear the first time.

You use just enough acrylic to reinforce you nails, and they don't look like duck bill fakes.  LOL.

It's been a while...

So, I got pretty good at the whole left hand painting thing and my posts were pretty lame.  Today I received Seche polish and thought I would give it a shot.  The colors are vibrant and beautiful.  I had ordered a pink and a purple shades and tried the pink one first. 

My, was it bright!  But still so beautiful!  Then I decided at 3a.m. to do some stamping on it.  Wow, was that a mistake.  I'm guessing that I will change it by noon.  LOL

I will definitely be purchasing more of this brand.  Wish I would have purchased a few more to begin with.

I'm falling behind

Been fighting family issues and a migraine so I've fallen behind.  Hopefully this mani will make up for it

It's CG Strap on your Moonboots and Orly Boho Bonnet.  I really love this color combo!  What do you think?
